On January 1, of 2007, Latuso & Johnson, CPA, LLC completed a successful merger with Yvette Poret-Crochet, CPA, LLC. The official name of the firm will remain as that of the former. This merger expanded Latuso & Johnson's presence to the Lafayette area, with an office in Suite 122 of 850 Kaliste Saloom Road. Another Baton Rouge office, located in Suite A of the Campus Federal Credit Union Building at 6230 Perkins Road, was acquired in addition to the established office at 11929 Bricksome Ave in Baton Rouge, as well as the office in Gonzales on 114 East Ascension Street.
Karen Johnson will be the managing partner of the Bricksome location, as will Mickey Latuso at the Gonzales location, and Yvette Poret-Crochet at the Lafayette and Perkins locations.
